BitTitan Expands Executive Team with ‘MSP-in-Residence’ to Mentor IT Service Provider Partners
Co-Founder and Former CTO of Strategic SaaS Joins BitTitan to Help Drive MSPComplete Platform Direction and Shape Partner Program

KIRKLAND, Wash. – June 22, 2016 – BitTitan, the leader in cloud services enablement, today announced the appointment of Frank Johnson-Suglia as ‘MSP-in-Residence’ to help shape its partner program as the global adoption of the company’s end-to-end cloud enablement platform MSPComplete accelerates. As co-founder and former CTO of Strategic SaaS, a renowned Microsoft cloud services partner and IT management company, Suglia brings more than 30-years experience in technical sales and service delivery management at Fortune 500 Companies including Accenture and Dell. Suglia will work closely with BitTitan’s partners to showcase and deliver the optimal path to drive new, recurring cloud revenues as modern MSPs.

Most recently, Suglia was CTO at Strategic SaaS, a company he co-founded in 2009. Under his leadership, Strategic SaaS became a Microsoft Cloud Accelerate Partner, Cloud Champion, and a member of Microsoft’s Partner Advisory Council for Cloud Computing, netting the Central Region SMB Partner Award for Microsoft’s Cloud Partner of the Year 2012. Prior to Strategic SaaS, Suglia served as a senior manager at Accenture, as well as practice executive at Dell, managing the delivery of enterprise-class IT solutions for SMBs and corporate accounts.
As BitTitan’s MSP-in-Residence, Suglia’s extensive background in sales and service delivery of cloud computing technologies will be key in overcoming the top barriers partners will face moving to the cloud.
