Starting soon, right here on ModernMSP, we’ll be doing a bi-weekly series called The Evolution Of IT Services Providers. The series traces the evolution of the ITSP from the mid-1990s to the present.

We’ll take a look at how the channel sales ecosystem has evolved for ITSPs. Starting with the VAR (Value Added Reseller) in the mid 1990s, moving through to the complex landscape of the public cloud in 2017, we’ll talk about what has changed for ITSPs through the years.
