Here is a summary of those changes as 2020 comes to a close.
To support your Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams migration workloads, we recently released two new endpoints: SharePoint Online and an updated endpoint for Microsoft Teams (Teams Parallel). And, as always, we want to make sure MigrationWiz is easy to use whatever your Source or Destination. For that, we’ve put together these migration guides:
Teams license change: On January 25, 2021, the original Microsoft Teams Source and Destination endpoint licenses will be discontinued. We’ve already introduced our new MigrationWiz-Collaboration (per Team) license for your Teams-to-Teams migrations.
After this license is discontinued, MigrationWiz will only reflect one Teams endpoint in product.
SharePoint license change: Migrate data from SharePoint Online to SharePoint Online with our new Shared Document license which allows you to migrate 50GB of data in a single document library for $25. With this new license you can migrate up to 25 versions and custom metadata associated with SharePoint Online documents. Documentation on this scenario can be accessed here.
If you created a projects prior to January 25, you do not have to change licensing. Contact BitTitan Sales if you have questions about MigrationWiz licenses in your account.
