BitTitan Singapore has been certified by the Great Place to Work® Institute (GPTW), the global authority on workplace culture, as a great place to work. The certification comes after GPTW assessed employee responses to a 60-question survey, then conducted a cultural audit of BitTitan Singapore’s practices, policies, and programs.
GPTW helps organizations quantify their culture and produce better business results by creating a high-trust work experience for all employees. Their mission is to “build a better world by helping organizations become Great Places to Work FOR ALL.”
The Institute’s evaluation weighs heavily what employees report about their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential as part of an organization, no matter who they are or what they do. They also look at employees’ daily experiences of the company’s values, ability to contribute new ideas, and the effectiveness of company leaders.
A tool for employee engagement
“At BitTitan, we care about employee engagement. The GPTW survey is the report card that tells us about the cultural health of BitTitan Singapore. The results will help us to continue boosting our employee engagement as well as recruit like-minded team members,” said Esther Look, Sr. HR Business Partner.
“We all know BitTitan is a great place to work, but people looking for new opportunities in Singapore tend to gravitate to the famous brands,” said Jia Hui Leong, Talent Acquisition Partner. “This certification demonstrates that BitTitan has a lot to offer job candidates.”
With the Great Place to Work certification complete, BitTitan Singapore is now looking forward to the 2021 National Best Places to Work contest. This is an opportunity to gain recognition among Singapore employers while obtaining valuable data on the health of the work environment.
