Get AI Help for Your Migration
The BitTitan Help Center continues to get high praise from MigrationWiz users because it’s stocked with detailed, up-to-date guidance for everything from basic email migrations to the most complex projects. We just added an AI assistant we’re calling Ask MigrationWiz to help you pinpoint information for a faster, more confident migration.
Ask our MigrationWiz chatbot anything and it will quickly point you to relevant articles, guides, and troubleshooting resources. You’ll get a handy summary of information with links and information on how to get human assistance if you need it. Ask MigrationWiz may also present strategy options when that makes sense for your scenario. IT pros are telling us they aren’t just using our new AI assistant for migration projects, they’re also using it for learning, planning, and proposal development.

Take the Guesswork out of Licenses
A question we frequently get in Customer Support is, “Which licenses will I need, and how many?” As MigrationWiz adds endpoints and workloads, we’ve created a variety of licenses to support them. In order to make sure you get the right licenses as soon as you’re ready to migrate, we’ve added a license identification resource to the BitTitan Help Center. Find the license type you’ll need by source item type and you’ll get details on what the license handles, any additional functionality, and caveats or restrictions you should know about. You’ll also see how many licenses you’ll need based on number of users or the volume of data being migrated.
